Violence in our society is the fruit of a seed planted called divorce

The divorce rate is on the rise in our society. As households disintegrate, children lose the benefit of the resident parent. The remaining parent, who generally must work, has less time and energy to devote to the actively growing children who are experiencing trauma as a result of the divorce. Looking closely at these types of children, one would discover that there is a general disorder and lack of discipline among them.

Children need love and personal attention, but many do not receive it in the amounts they should. They need protection from this evil world; but they are exposed to doses of sex, violence and profanity. They see it on television, they hear it on the radio, and they observe it in the lives of adults who have abandoned the traditional values that even non-Christians used to have.

These children are God’s inheritance. Today, more than ever, they need the care, love, and help of concerned Christians and ministers who understand their deepest needs and who want to help these children experience the quality of life that God intended them to have. If these children don’t meet your needs; If they do not come to the saving knowledge of Christ and learn how to live and grow in Him, there will continually be a new system of violence developed by them because they were not adequately instructed towards the Christian faith before the age of hostility, and where will the churches of tomorrow?

The remedy:

There is a remedy for this problem. It is good for us to mentor our children so that tomorrow we can have a better society. A call to mentor our children is a good and commendable effort to reawaken our society, particularly parents, families, leaders, teachers, and adults alike, to their civic responsibility, duty, and assignment from God. This is a wake-up call to raise children, imperatively as role models, in a godly way and in effect, make them useful members of society.

This wake-up call to empower our children has been declared timely in light of growing social ills, deteriorating moral standards, juvenile delinquency, and the high rate of rebellious, uneducated and ungodly behavior, including a dangerously growing violent disposition. by the youth now unfortunately rampant and unhealthy. prevalent in our current society.

The formation of our children should focus primarily on the most precious and valuable book: the Holy Bible, because it is a true tool for parents, families, institutions, organizations and society in their quest to successfully guide children. as the inheritance of God. .
