If you want to lose weight quickly and easily, you are in luck! Take a couple of minutes out of your exhausting day and read on to discover an amazing and simple tip that helped me not only get in shape quickly, but also made my commute incredibly easy!

Okay dude, just wanted to give you a quick heads up before I go into this awesome tip. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing anything unnatural when trying to get in shape. I know how tempting it can be to starve yourself, take dangerous diet drugs, undergo surgical procedures, or settle for fad diets. But believe me, there is a much easier, natural, effective, fast and permanent way to lose weight and be healthier.

What I recommend you do instead is look for a diet geared toward eating all the right foods, eating multiple times throughout the day, and eating in a way that boosts your metabolism. This type of diet is not only extremely powerful, but it is also very natural. This means that your results will last PERMANENTLY!

Now the little tip that helped make dieting so easy for me was the 80/20 rule when eating. This means that 80% of the time you eat healthy foods and 20% of the time, you could be eating “forbidden” foods!

The reason the 80/20 diet rule is so powerful is because not only will it make it much easier to stick with the diet, but doing this could also boost your metabolism.

Eating “forbidden foods” (junk food, foods high in carbohydrates and fats, etc.) in very little moderation can cause your metabolism to go into overdrive because since 80% of the time you are eating healthy foods, this will cause your metabolism to go into overdrive. to quickly readjust as you have become accustomed to healthy foods!

Now, I’m not suggesting you go crazy with this and make it a habit, but I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re having a hard time staying consistent with your diet.
