Weight loss is extremely difficult. Especially when you don’t know the best and most effective ways to lose weight. Well, in this article, I’ll give you what I like to call “best kept weight loss secrets” that will help you lose weight and keep it off…for good!

The first “best kept weight loss secret” is nutrition. I know, you’ve probably heard thousands of people tell you that by now. But listen to me. You don’t have to go on a diet. You just need to eat healthier. Instead of eating fried foods, bad carbohydrates (simple carbohydrates), you should eat baked foods, fruits, nuts, good carbohydrates (complex carbohydrates).

An example of bad carbohydrates are sugars, juices, white bread, white pasta and cola drinks. An example of good carbohydrates are oatmeal, wheat breads, wheat pasta, and apples, among other fruits. Eating good carbohydrates allows you to lose weight and keep it off. That being said, not all carbs are bad. Just try not to eat too many carbs late at night. They will be stored as fat!

The second “best kept weight loss secret” is exercise. You need to stay active no matter what. You should do this at least three times a week. Even if it’s just walking around your neighborhood. Exercise keeps muscles tight and toned. And it allows you to lose weight quickly and safely.

Not only that, but it’s a surefire way to stay healthy. If you’re weight training, be sure to add some cardio work (running, walking, jogging, etc.). This will help keep your metabolism high, resulting in even more weight loss. The best time to do cardio is in the morning, if possible. But if you can’t do it in the morning, any time of the day will do.

What if you are already doing this and still not losing weight? Well, that means you have bad “plumbing”. Which means your intestines could be full of undigested food, parasites, and other nasty “junk.” I know, it sounds disgusting.

This happens when you eat foods that are undercooked or raw, such as rare steaks, sushi, fast food, and other bad foods that are not good for you.
