Skin care tips for different skin types

There are basically five types of skin, namely normal, dry, oily, mixed and sensitive.

normal skin:
People with normal skin have a soft and smooth texture. Normal skin has a balanced amount of water and lipids. If a person has normal skin, they have very good skin. Normal skin also requires cleansing, nutrition and hydration. Every day in the morning, cleanse your face with rose water or an astringent toner. You can moisturize your skin with a non-greasy cream that is made up of organic or natural ingredients without petroleum derivatives. After a hard day at work, when you come home, your skin may become dirty due to blackheads. To avoid that, wash your face with a mild soap and apply a nourishing oil-based cream on your face. Gently massage your eyes with the cream, after 15 minutes pat your skin with a napkin. To keep your skin in good condition, follow certain steps: drink plenty of water, eat organic food, use sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from the sun.

Dry Skin:
During winter, dry skin faces a lot of problems because it is very sensitive. Do not use commercial creams and lotions. Creams that have natural hypoallergenic ingredients are considered better for dry skin. After bathing in the morning, apply virgin coconut oil, cocoa butter, or shea butter all over your body. These contain some natural ingredients like essential oils, vitamin A, C, D and E, and protein. Do not wash your face with tap water. Clean your face with mineral water, ice, tonic, cosmetic milk. When you shower, only spend three minutes a day in the water. Use only the mildest soap. Don’t rub your face. But use only a mild oatmeal soap, which will avoid irritating your skin. If your skin has itchy spots, don’t scratch it. Apply coconut oil to the itchy spots.

Oily skin:
In oily skin, you should try to remove excess fat. Use a mild soap only once a day, but wash your face 2-3 times a day. Always use non-greasy moisturizers. Apply clay, papaya or yogurt on your face as it is the best mask for oily skin. Apply this for 20 minutes in a week and wash your face with cold water.

Combination skin: It is a combination of oily and dry skin. Certain areas of your face are oily and certain areas are dry. Most of the forehead and nose have more excess oil and other areas like the eyes and cheeks are dry. Therefore, areas that are oily use oil skin tips and areas with dry skin use dry skin care tips.

Sensitive skin: This skin type is always very dry and irritated. Eat plenty of fatty acids, organic protein, yogurt, and lacto-fermented fruits and vegetables. If a woman is a vegetarian, she would develop very dry, wrinkled and irritated skin. Follow the tips for dry skin for sensitive skin.
