Dublin Castle is one of the attractions where you will find the statue of justice above the arch of the main entrance. The entrance to the castle is paid and it opens from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

A visit to Dublin Zoo, set in 30 acres of grounds in Phoenix Park, is an animal lover’s treat. It is home to almost 700 tropical animals and birds. If you wish, you can participate in the ‘Meet the Guardian’ as well as a feeding program that takes place every day. The interesting aspect of a visit to Dublin Zoo is a train ride through the zoo.

Most tourists visit ‘The Garden of Remembrance’ as a mark of respect to those who gave their lives fighting for the fight for Irish independence. It was established on the 50th anniversary of the 1916 Easter Rising to remember the fighters for freedom who died during the course of the fight for Irish Independence.Admission is free and it is open from 8.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday.On Sundays it is open from 10am to 6pm.
