Is your business system duplicatable?

They ask me this same question all the time. I always answer it the same way. Yes, as long as you follow our step-by-step system. However, as we all know, this doesn’t happen very often and people tend to complicate things. This is why you need to make sure that your system is perfect.

PROSPECTION AND RECRUITMENT:

Your system should start with prospecting and recruiting. After all, you need a steady stream of highly qualified leads to build your business.

Now are you going to buy leads or are you going to produce them yourself? Make sure you can teach others to do what you do.

I personally develop 100% of my leads through the Internet. Then I teach my associates how to do exactly what I am doing. I don’t keep any secrets from my team. In fact, I tell my team on a team building website that I have developed. This website consists of articles, links, and recorded audio trainings.

As I build my business, I teach people that it is no longer necessary to talk to friends and family. With the internet you have a very BIG lake of hungry fish sitting at your fingertips. Now all you have to do is set the right bait and catch the HOTTEST fish. Plug them into your system and let the hungriest fish JOIN your team. DO NOT try to sell someone your opportunity. Let them look at and hear all the information and make an informed decision.

TRAINING WEBSITE:

A team building website and resource center should be next on your list when it comes to your “system.” From day one, when a new associate joins my team, they can visit a website and find all the information in very simple steps on how to be up and running in 24-48 hours. (Websites for marketing, prospecting for training). I used to send a series of emails, but found that a lot of people deleted the emails and then called with very basic questions that were initially in the emails that I had sent. This took a lot of time off my prospecting calls and slowed down my personal sponsorship.

TRAINING CALLS !!!!

You need to focus on training your new associates as quickly as possible. Does your company offer weekly training calls? Do your upline leaders make training calls? DO YOU MAKE A TRAINING CALL FOR YOUR TEAM? Are these calls recorded and posted on the team’s training website for all to hear 24/7? If your answer is NO, then I would look to set it up ASAP. Since I launched my team building website, my business has exploded. I get emails all the time saying thank you for the 24 hour training information. You see, not everyone can attend live training calls due to scheduling issues.

UPLINE SUPPORT:

Are you available to your team for assistance? If for some reason it is not available, is there someone else or maybe 2 or 3 more people that your team can contact? This is very important for the growth of your business. Without a support system, people will fail! They may need to make a follow-up call that is too late for you, but maybe not for a team member in another time zone.

Take a close look at the system you are using. If you are missing any of the parts of the above system, I recommend that you take the initiative and become a LEADER.

Develop the system and tools that you and your team will need to grow for years to come!
