How to Change the Name of a Facebook Photo Album – Facebook Tips and Tricks

It was the summer of 2009 and everything was going great. My nephew and his girlfriend would take long walks on the beach, split ice cream, and even share iPod headphones while picnicking in the park. Luckily, they caught the whole thing on their phone camera and it was recorded forever on their Facebook page in the “True Luv 4Ever” album. Fast forward to the late summer of 2009 and he found out that she was cheating on him with a guy she met at the beach, the guy who served them ice cream and even the guy who sold her the iPod, and now that album “True Luv 4 Ever” it’s somewhat ironic.

I would have just deleted the album, but luckily or unfortunately, I had great skills with Photoshop which I had used to animate the photos. She wanted to show off her (not sure) work, but none of her friends were going to click on the album with the bland name. Not only that, he himself couldn’t bear to see those words “True Luv 4 Ever” posted on his now lonely Facebook page.

If you’re also a spurned lover, luckily there’s an easy way to rename your Facebook photo album.

How to change the name of your Facebook photo album

1. Simply go to Profile
2. Photos
3.Album
4. Now, click on the blue pencil and it will give you the option to edit the information.

Here you can modify your scrapbook photo albums and more importantly change the name. Now, I’m not saying he was bitter, but when he renamed the photo journal “Die…or at least get mauled by a Greyhound bus, you dirty, dirty woman” he sure got a lot of traffic. So, my main Facebook tip and the moral of the story is that it’s okay if you post sick, bland photo album names on your account because you can change the name later. Thank heavens for that.
