A holistic approach to PTSD, depression and anxiety

Heal the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies to cure PTSD, Depression and Anxiety

Adopt a high-nutrient diet. Only eat foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Eat mostly whole, fresh fruits and vegetables (with some raw, organic nuts, seeds, and whole grains is best). Eat plenty of leafy green vegetables, especially spinach and kale.

Avoid processed foods and refined sugar; Generally speaking, they are toxic and non-nutritious, fiber-free, and high in refined sugar/high-fructose, high-sodium corn syrup.

Avoid refined sugar and sugary and artificially sweetened beverages, such as sodas and fruit drinks, as they are toxic.

Drink at least 8 8 oz. glasses of filtered or spring water per day and green tea.

Squeeze fresh lemon and lime into your drinks.

Detox with milk thistle and coriander, along with hot water with fresh lemon and Himalayan or sea salt.

Take good doses of vitamins – a, b complex, c, d3, k1 and k2 and trace minerals along with Co-Q 10 or Ubiquinol, turmeric or curcumin, fish oil supplements and flaxseed oil and coconut oil.

For anxiety, try valerian root, holy basil, kava kava, kratom, dark chocolate and cocoa, magnesium supplements, b vitamins, chamomile, melatonin, passion flower, medical marijuana, walnuts, almonds, cashews , ground flaxseed, ashwagandha, rhodiola, gaba-aminobutinic acid (GABA), and tryptophan.

For depression try b vitamins comlex, folic acid and d3, st. st. complete. tryptophan and omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids (fish oil supplements, flaxseed oil and hemp oil).

Good doses of Co-Q 10 (ubiquinol) and turmeric/curcumin are good for depression and anxiety. Holistic research indicates the benefits of the following supplements for depression and anxiety: Holy Basil, Ormus/Monoatomic Gold, Valerian Root, Gaba, Ashwagandha, Tryptophan, Inositol, Choline, DPLA, Dark Chocolate/Cocoa, Kava, Chamomile, Magnesium and passion flower. Holistic research also indicates the benefits of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine ​​(NAC), Lactium, and L-Theanine in conjunction with amino acid supplementation for depression and anxiety.

Regarding depression and anxiety, check your thyroid function. Stress reduction, detoxification, and a diet consisting primarily of fresh, raw organic vegetables (with the exception of many raw cruciferous vegetables) in salads and juices should improve your thyroid health. Avoid processed foods, refined sugar, and starches.

Drink pure water with fresh lemon. All of this will help your body/PH level to be alkaline and not acidic. This will help thyroid health. Exercise daily: at least 2 to 3 miles of brisk walking and light weights.

Get some sunlight on your face and arms. Immerse yourself in nature often. Grenery is god for depression and running water, lakes and the ocean are good for anxiety.

Move, stretch, exercise and dance at home.

Turn off the news and turn on peaceful and harmonious music.

Stretch every day and do yoga: Exercise, stretching and yoga help remove energy/emotional blockages and help energy flow freely through your body.

Pray daily from your heart, giving thanks and asking for forgiveness, blessings, protection and assistance.

Meditate daily. Start with five minutes a day and increase over time.

Stop meditating before sleep: lie down, close your eyes, focus on your heart, breathe in your heart, and focus only on your breath as you relax deeply.

Do visualization and prayer exercises to clear and release the painful past and its emotional control.

If you’re feeling low, raise your vibrations: place your hand on your chest above your heart and below your neck and tap repeatedly at least 15 times. So stop and feel your vibrations rise. Alternatively, hum into your chest with a deep base hum (or the sound of ohms). Feel your vibrations rise.

For depression, turn from your head to your heart and place your right hand over your heart, close your eyes and direct the visualized white light toward your heart.

For depression, meditate on the colors green, yellow, and orange.

For depression, listen to vibrant, upbeat music, dance, laugh, smile, and watch sitcoms.

For depression, immerse yourself in nature with lots of trees and greenery. Draw all that green across the visualization. Close your eyes and place your palms on the tree trunks and draw energy from the trees through visualizations.

If you feel anxious, take a moment, sit or lie down, switch to your heart and close your eyes and focus only on your breathing for a couple of minutes. Then place your right hand on your solar plexus and direct the visualized white light into your solar plexus.

For anxiety, focus on the color light blue and visualize or focus on photos or videos of large bodies of water or flowing water, or get close to nature and spend time around large bodies of water or flowing water.

Express gratitude in prayer for all your blessings: Make a list of the things you are thankful for.

Do energy cord cutting visualizations to cut the cords of energy that hold you to trauma and the painful past.

Be a positive thinker.

Focus on the plans: Write down the plans and follow them, step by step.

Be in the moment with full focus, attention and awareness: experience the moment in your senses and not in your thoughts.

For positive thinking, make positive affirmations to change your beliefs from negative to positive.

Open your heart and mind and let go of negative, rigid beliefs.

Forgive yourself and everyone else and let go. Use emotional release techniques to break control of past traumas and painful events.

Mindfulness: When negative thoughts and emotions arise, distract yourself and then replace the negatives with positive images and thoughts or switch to your heart and be in the moment in your senses without thinking.

Positive images include pictures of your loved ones and pets and happy scenes from nature.

Use cognitive behavioral therapy to improve the quality of your thoughts.

When negative thoughts arise, focus only on your breath and gently smile until the negative thoughts subside.

Negative thoughts are thoughts that make you feel anger, fear, anxiety, worry, resentment, regret, jealousy, guilt, shame, etc. -Tend to be unfocused, uncontrolled thoughts from the sides and back of the head.

Positive thoughts are focused and controlled thoughts from the center of the forehead. They do not evoke negative emotions and usually focus on the details and process of positive activities: work, wanderings, daily life, hobbies, etc.

Negative thoughts that cause stress include comparative, judgmental and control thoughts (be careful when these thoughts arise and stop, distract and replace them).

Get Reiki and other types of energy healing such as acupuncture and massage – this will help you heal the energy body and remove energy blockages and attachments and get energy flowing freely again.

Reduce stressors and conflict and drama.

Stay away from the arguments, avoid the clash of wills.

Avoid negative and toxic people, environments and situations.

Spend your time with kind, loving, happy and positive people and pets.

Immerse yourself in nature often: forests and greenery help with depression and running water and large bodies of water help with anxiety.

Get at least 15 minutes of sun on your arms and face.

Take salt baths and soak your feet in Epson salt – use a little lavender essential oil in your bath.

Cultivate an ongoing feeling of inner peace and joy/high vibrations: raise your vibrations through visualization exercises; watch YouTube videos for this.

Smile, laugh, dance and listen to music.

Cultivate inner peace and relaxation through your thoughts, speeches, acts and activities.

Smell essential oils: lavender, rose, lemon balm, vanilla and floral for anxiety and stress and orange and citrus for depression.

Use crystals for depression and anxiety: hold them in your hands while meditating or place them on your chest when you go to bed. They interact favorably with the energy body. For anxiety: angel light, blue jasper, rose quartz and for depression, green aventurine, rose quartz, citrine and orgone.

Get plenty of rest and sleep, try valerian root supplements and long distance Reiki for sleep problems.
