Smartphones: which one should you buy?

Smartphones are beautiful, so beautiful in fact that many manufacturers are starting to put female voices inside their phone to make them appear more lively and vibrant – too bad they don’t substitute for a girlfriend. However, as beautiful and stylish as a smartphone, you may find it difficult to choose the right one for you. With so many different options on the market, how do you decide which one is best for you? Here, I am going to share with you my five tips for choosing the right smartphone.

Rank your priorities: I do not mean to keep a written note of what you are looking for on a phone, it is better to keep a mental note or an idea. When I say priorities, I mean what aspects of a smartphone are important to you. Maybe you need a phone that costs less than $ 400 or with a really good camera. A bright and beautiful screen, even a stylus or maybe you need a phone just to watch funny videos. As long as you know your top two or three priorities for your smartphone, you should be able to scale down certain phones and then make a decision from there.

Don’t be afraid to buy old phones: Many people will tell you that you need those new smartphones with the best and new specifications. That doesn’t mean you need that phone too! In a few months, the iPhone 7 will be one year old, but the previous release, namely the iPhone 6, is still considered a very good smartphone. So when you are looking for the right smartphone, look for older generations of smartphones as well, because you will often find phones that are still very good and cheaper too.

Don’t feel the need to buy high-priced smartphones: Many smartphone manufacturers are moving towards this trend. You can still find some cool features and durable smartphones at a lower price than most high-end smartphones. Since I bought the OnePlus 1 for less than $ 350, I have been very impressed by what companies can offer for such a low price. On the other hand, I find the Galaxy Note 5, which costs more than $ 800, to be too expensive and the price of the iPhone 6 is reasonable. The point is, your smartphone doesn’t need to be expensive to have great quality.

Think of your smartphone accessories: These accessories include chargers, battery packs, cases, and just about anything you can plug or connect to your smartphone. We rely on a lot of these accessories, so you should look for a well-established phone like the iPhone or the popular Android phones built by companies like Samsung, LG, Motorola. You probably won’t find many accessories with smaller names or new brands, just think about whether you need them or not.

IPhones are very basic: I’m not saying that people using iPhones are basic, don’t get me wrong! What I’m saying though is that it would be easier for me to learn how to use an iPhone than if I were learning how to use any other smartphone. It’s a great phone and very convenient because most accessories work with iPhones. They always have great cameras and Apple services, although they are considered too expensive, they are great in terms of keeping everything you have in one place. I am not saying that the iPhone is your number one choice, but I am saying that if you are looking for a high-quality device that is simple and easy to use, go for the iPhone. As I mentioned earlier, look at the older models of smartphones because many of them are still shiny smartphones.
