Eczema Diet – The Magic of a Colon Cleanse
One of the things that keeps me permanently eczema-free is getting a colon cleanse. I do a colon cleanse at least once or twice a year.
Every time I follow one, I am amazed at the debris that is ejected (and I won’t go into too much detail here). I also feel more energetic and alive than before. I now use a proprietary herbal solution because I find it more efficient and I can see the mucoid plaque as it is expelled.
When I suffered from severe eczema, I remember doing my first colon cleanse. After a couple of days I passed a mucoid plaque about 17 feet long. Yuck!
If you really want to get rid of your eczema, I suggest you make one. What should happen during a colon cleanse is that a thin film of mucus that has stuck to the walls of your intestines breaks off and is released from your body.
This film of mucus can only develop if the food you eat is lacking and your body’s health begins to deteriorate. In other words, if you are totally healthy, if your body is in top condition, your body will not produce any mucoid plaque.
Mucoid plaque buildup develops because you continually subject your body to drugs, aspirin, alcohol, salt, heavy metals, dental mercury, toxic chemicals, red meat parasites, harmful microbes, and other toxic chemicals.
Once this mucoid plaque adheres, it roams and grows thicker and deeper. The intestines will not eliminate it on their own. This material can and does remain for decades and becomes firmer, thicker and more widespread. Old stool also sticks to the plaque and cannot be removed during normal bowel movements.
This chemical cocktail drastically slows down intestinal action which consists of both the excretion of waste and the absorption of nutrients. It harbors bacteria and parasites and blocks the normal outflow of lymph and drainage of mucin. Eventually, this plaque-ridden environment is perfect for the growth of cancer and other long-term diseases. Your eczema is just an early warning. He has to go as over time his immunity is compromised and he begins to suffer from further ill health.
